Lesson summary

If two letters made in the same place come together, the first merges into the second.

How do I read it?

Do not say the first letter; read the second as if it had a shadda.

Letters: ت د ط · ث ذ ظ · ب م

  • Only these groups merge; not every pair of similar sounds does.
