After ال, before a sun letter, the ل is not read; the next letter is doubled.
How do I read it?
Do not say the lâm; read the next letter doubled.
Letters: ت ث د ذ ر ز س ش ص ض ط ظ ل ن
Remember: Shortcut: if it is not a moon letter, it is a sun letter. In the Mushaf the next letter has a shadda.
